How to Enroll
The Oklahoma Environmental Training Center (OETC) is located at the Professional Training & Education Center on the campus of Rose State College at 1720 Hudiburg Drive in Midwest City. The OETC was established by gubernatorial appointment by Governor Boren to provide environmental training and has done so since 1975. The OETC offers a broad range of affordable environmental, safety, and certificate classes.
CLOSURE OF CAMPUS
In the event Rose State College closes for any reason, classes provided by the Oklahoma Environmental Training Center (OETC) will be cancelled or rescheduled. Students will be notified accordingly.
The OETC reserves the right to change any schedule or cancel any course that does not meet minimum enrollment requirements. If a cancellation or change occurs, our staff will contact you via the telephone number and/or the email you provided at the time of registration. Please be sure to always leave your most current contact information for this reason.
DROPPING A COURSE
To drop a course and request a refund, please email Pam Jones at the Oklahoma Environmental Training Center by filling out this form or call 405.733.7488 at your earliest convenience. Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Earn any number of digital badges for completing certifications D through A. In addition, specialty badges can be earned for the following classes:
- Distribution and Collection Systems
- Lead and Copper
- OSHA Safety
- Wastewater Discharge Stream Impacts
- Wastewater Treatment
- Water Regulations
Digital badges can be used with resume’s and online social media profiles to signify mastery of various skillsets.
